Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 100% advance is to be paid at the time of booking of party.
2. Mode of payment:

(a) Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI.

(b) Cheque payable at par at New Delhi.

Cancellation and Refund :
4. Charges of Cancellation are as under :

Room Cancellation Charges:-

(a) Same Day: 100% Rent.

(b) 01 day before: 50% of Rent.

(c) 02 to 06 days period: 30% of Rent.

(d) 07 to 27 days period: 20% of Rent.

(e) More than 27 days : 10% of Rent.

Party Cancellation Charges :-

(a) Same Day: Full Rental Amount.

(b) 03 days or less: 75% of the Rental Charges

(c) Less than 4 weeks: 50% of the Rental Charges

(d) 04 week to 8 weeks: 25% of the Rental Charges

(e) 08 weeks and above: 20% of the Rental Charges

5. Refund Policy

If desired by the member the refund if any, will be made through a New Delhi cheque payable at all branches of the Drawer Bank. However a Members can lease the amount as a credit to be utilized later,also transfer balance amount to the membership or his/her bank account.
